A pharmaceutical company relocated to the Bridgewater area to establish a new headquarters location and to accommodate their growing business needs. They leased 95,000 SF of space on 2 consecutive floors in a Class A office building. Departments were organized along a curved band of the offices and clusters of traditional workstations. Semi-open Teaming areas were strategically placed within the workplace, furnished with a combination of loose lounge seating and structured conference tables with flexible connectivity. Custom whiteboards flanked each end of the teaming space while large disk light fixtures associated with wayfinding along the organic circulation of the space. Specialty spaces included a cafe with banquette seating, a boardroom for 24 board members, training center, fitness center, and formal conference rooms that looked on the center atrium of the main building.
