CODE PLANS: SIGNED AND SEALED FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY

 

Are you opening a new business or retail store? Most likely the local authorities (town inspector) will require a code plan showing occupancy and other vital information from a Licensed Architect even if you have not done any construction. Princeton Design Collaborative (PDC) can provide you with this in a timely manner.

INFORMATION WE WILL REQUIRE IS:

• Business address, lot & block number
• Type of business that will occupy the space.
• One site visit from us (1-2 hours) to survey the space in question.

 

COSTS: Minimum $1,200 for all spaces under 2,000 square feet.
(Add 25 cents per square-foot for spaces over 2,000 square feet)

Mileage, printings and mailings are an added expense.
